"Recently joined this state farm for auto insurance, had no issues up until i called to try and add on my new car for coverage and get provided a quote because for some reason the app wasn't letting me. Immediately was answered with an attitude and felt as if the person was rushing me through the quote to get me off the phone. Failed to ask what type of coverage i’m needing, what deductible i’m looking for, didn’t disclose any discounts that may apply such a drive safe. I hung up and tried to call another state farm office where i was told that you can’t get quotes from another office nor switch. Since then i have received a cheaper quote from progressive and plan on switching. Save ur money & time! I hate rude employees!"
