"Do NOT give these people your money! How many of the positive reviews have had to submit a claim? I paid for full coverage auto insurance for over 5 years and when that vehicle was totaled, they refused to pay unless I agreed to deduct over $1000 in “fees” in addition to my deductible.

They’re so nice to talk to when you don’t have a claim and when you do they will cheerfully inform you that they won’t pay unless you pay “fees” they determined were appropriate.

I’ve never spoken to Matt Miller and they refuse to let me every time I ask. I can only assume they’ve been instructed to ensure a profit is made from every customer by any means necessary.

If you have a policy with State Farm I highly recommend you have a good lawyer too."

Insurance rates are outrageous and after speaking with Brittany, she was able to get me a rate half of what other companies were asking. She wasnt pushy, she was honest and worked hard to get me all the discounts I qualified for. Now I have car and renters insurance for less then half the price everyone else quoted.
