She’s a no pressure resource that literally explain everything to me like I was 5 years old, because I don’t understand insurance at all."

"Do NOT give these people your money! How many of the positive reviews have had to submit a claim? I paid for full coverage auto insurance for over 5 years and when that vehicle was totaled, they refused to pay unless I agreed to deduct over $1000 in “fees” in addition to my deductible. They’re so nice to talk to when you don’t have a claim and when you do they will cheerfully inform you that they won’t pay unless you pay “fees” they determined were appropriate. I’ve never spoken to Matt Miller and they refuse to let me every time I ask. I can only assume they’ve been instructed to ensure a profit is made from every customer by any means necessary. If you have a policy with State Farm I highly recommend you have a good lawyer too."

Insurance rates are outrageous and after speaking with Brittany, she was able to get me a rate half of what other companies were asking. She wasnt pushy, she was honest and worked hard to get me all the discounts I qualified for. Now I have car and renters insurance for less then half the price everyone else quoted. "Recently joined this state farm for auto insurance, had no issues up until i called to try and add on my new car for coverage and get provided a quote because for some reason the app wasn't letting me. Immediately was answered with an attitude and felt as if the person was rushing me through the quote to get me off the phone. Failed to ask what type of coverage i’m needing, what deductible i’m looking for, didn’t disclose any discounts that may apply such a drive safe. I hung up and tried to call another state farm office where i was told that you can’t get quotes from another office nor switch. Since then i have received a cheaper quote from progressive and plan on switching. Save ur money & time! I hate rude employees!"
